• Prices may change without notice. The price at time of checkout is the final price.

3. Orders and payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing via Stripe.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability or pricing errors.
• You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number (SP-XXXXXX).

4. Shipping

Standard and express shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns and refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
